Do I need all solutions of COMAN?

No. The only mandatory software is the COMAN Manager. The Manager is the core solution and helps to centralize the project data. All features provided by the other applications can be found in the Manager. 

This means you can use the COMAN Manager without e.g. the COMAN Mobile - but not the other way around. 

Why are there four tools?

The COMAN Manager is the most innovative and powerful project controlling and monitoring software on the market. But especially on site and in project execution you need lean and easy-to-understand processes and features.
