Meet our team

Jens Theberath, Head of Sales & COMAN Application Specialist for Sales works closely with customers and other COMAN Software departments. Today in Stendal, tomorrow in Berlin, the day after tomorrow in Chicago or anywhere else in the world, he represents COMAN and supports customers with professional know-how and expertise.

Marcus Kammann manages the application center together with his team members. Whether it's an implementation request or  feedback on the various functions, he customises the application as unique and individual as desired.

Man-Kin is a cheerful colleague at the COMAN Application Center who has great expertise in product development and is also fluent in several languages.
This always makes it a great experience for colleagues to work with him in the field, at trade fairs or at other events. 

Wadim Knappe started as a gifted working student at COMAN Software and is now a permanent member of the development team.
With his open-minded and humorous nature, he is always welcome and ready for a good conversation with any colleague.

Our Application Specialist, Hassan Rammal, plays a critical role in the success of our applications. With a deep understanding and passion for innovative solutions, he ensures that our applications function optimally and provide added value to our customers.

Tiange Dong, an Application Specialist at COMAN, is the driving force behind the seamless onboarding and successful implementation of COMAN projects. With her profound expertise and genuine passion, she engages daily with our clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. Her knowledge is particularly valued among our Chinese clients, where she makes a significant impact.

The Head of Marketing, Mats-Milan Müller, can be described in a few words: open-minded, charismatic, professional and cheerful. With his open and humorous manner, he makes new contacts with ease and leads the marketing department at all times with a smile on his face.

Robert Quast is a gifted working student in COMAN Software's marketing department.
He specialized in advertising and content management.
With his communicative, empathic and analytical skills, it is easy for him to combine study and work. 

Santana-Alina Hagemann works as a community manager at COMAN in addition to her full-time studies. In her position as workingstudent she is already fully integrated in the daily work of the company and is responsible for the online representation in social media and blogging. Besides her main task, Santana also assists in the event management department.

Natalie Theberath is responsible for event management and marketing, but also for general team assistance. Due to her wide range of knowledge, she is a competent contact person for all colleagues and superiors in various situations.

Ulrike Wiechmann, our warm-hearted HR Manager, creates a supportive work environment for all employees. With her care and professionalism, everyone feels well taken care of in our team. We are grateful to have her on board.
